Abstract:
PURPOSE: To check from the outside the condition of the adhesive which fixes and seals a shaft insertion member in which a shaft of a propeller is inserted and repair the shaft insertion member easily and accurately. CONSTITUTION: A shaft insertion member 13 has pipe sections 13a, 43a which pass through a mounting wall 36a of a hull and a duct section 22 and a collar section fixed on a face on the engine side of the mounting wall 36a. The shaft insertion member 13 can be pulled out to the engine side as required. Furthermore, by bonding an end 13c on the propeller side of the pipe section 13a on an outer surface of the duct section 22, it is possible to check and repair the condition of the bonded section from the outside of the duct section 22.
