Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the subject fiber material effective in preventing the melt of snow and the whole-layer snowslip and useful for ski industry, etc., by forming an antislip rib on the fiber material surface in the direction of width with thick yarns arranged at prescribed spaces. CONSTITUTION:Thick yarns W are placed on the surface of a fiber material in the direction of width at 2cm spaces. The yarns W forms the antislip rib 11 (the thickness of the rib part is about 4mm and that of the non-rib part is about 0.6mm) to give the objective fiber material having antislip rib.
