PURPOSE: To obtain a small-sized apparatus enabling analysis regarding many items in a short time, by driving separately a plurality of reaction lines having a plurality of arbitrary alteration of the velocity of movement of each line.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rection lines 1 each of which is constituted by a conveyor 1B formed of a plurality of reaction tubes 1A arranged in a line are provided in parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction of a paper surface, and each of the lines is made possible to be driven separately by a motor. A substance to be analyzed supplied from a holding unit 2 is distributed in the reaction tubes 1A by a sampling mechanism 3 controlled by a control unit 4, while a reagent distributing mechanism 5 is controlled by a control unit 5, and an output from a photometrical unit 7 is inputted directly in a control system 8 having CPU. In addition, signals for controlling each unit and a motor driving signal are delivered, and thereby a time required for one-step advance of each conveyor is made possible to be altered arbitrarily. By this constitition, analyses regarding many items can be performed rapidly, and also the miniaturization of the apparatus can be facilitated.
