CONSTITUTION: When a work W is forcibly brought in contact by eccentricity with only one of the three blades in the first blade 12, the pressing force P/2 of a piston 43 results to be applied to the one blade 12. Here the blade 12 is forcibly pressed to the work W with maximum triple force P/2, and the work is promptly returned to a concentric position. Also when the work W is forcibly brought in contact with only one of the second blades 13, the one blade 13 is forcibly pressed to the work W with maximum triple force P/2, and the work is promptly returned to the concentric position.
