PURPOSE: To constitute the chair so that even an aged person and a physically hendicapped person who necessitate nursing can rise easily from the chair by himself by constituting the chair so that at the time of rising, a weight load applied to a seat is decreased, an expanded spring member contracts gradually and a link member is erected, and the seat is inclined forward from a horizontal state.

CONSTITUTION: In a state that a seated person M complete his seating, a coil spring 22 expands and in a link member 9, both a long lever 11 and a short lever 12 become a state being roughly horizontal, a rotary sliding pin formed at the upper end of the short lever 12 is positioned in the front end of a long hole 16, and also, a sliding pin formed at the lower end of the short lever 12 is positioned in the rear end of a long hole 17. In such a state, when the seated person M floats waist in order to stand up, a weight load applied to a seat 10 is decreased and the coil spring 22 contracts gradually, the long lever 11 and the short lever 12 of the link member 9 are erected high each other, and by following it, the seat 10 and the short lever 12 are erected high and the seat 10 is inclined. Therefore, the seated person M can stand up easily by putting both hands on arm resets 6 and floating the upper half of the body.
