PURPOSE: To provide a water-repelling agent composition excellent in the water- repelling effect and not leaving spots on a target article on a water-repelling treatment, a water-repelling agent article containing the water-repelling agent composition, and a water-repelling treatment method for using the water- repelling agent on an article.
CONSTITUTION: A water-repelling agent composition comprises 95-99.9wt.% of a 1-3C alcohol and 0.1-5wt.% of a fluororesin giving a water-repelling degree of ≥90 points on a water-repelling test (spray test) according to a method prescribed in the JIS-L-1092 regulation. A water-repelling agent article is constituted by charging the water-repelling agent composition in a container equipped with a device for spraying out the charged liquid. A method for a water- repelling treatment is characterized by using the water-repelling article.
