Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable execution of calibration, inclusive of an optical lens, and to simplify the structure of the optical lens by updating the value of a coefficient for calibrating a bias error in inspection of the position of a star, by enabling highly-precise detection of the position at all times and by setting a pseudo-light generating source on the same focal plane as CCD. CONSTITUTION:In a fixed-star sensor which has an optical lens 4 condensing a light from a fixed star, a two-dimensional solid-state image sensing element 2 subjecting a light sensing surface for this condensed light to photoelectric conversion for each pixel and a generating source 3 of a pseudo-light being made to enter the two-dimensional solid state image sensing element 2 for executing calibration equal to the one in a ground test, a slit 1 set at a position of a focal plane of the two-dimensional solid state image sensing element for making the light of the pseudo-light generating source 3 be a point source and a plurality of partial specular surfaces 7 formed on the surface on the optical lens side of quartz glass 6 set in front of the optical lens 4, for reflecting the light of the point source passing through the slit 1, are provided.
