PURPOSE: To efficiently perform the separation work of a product by a method wherein the rotational speed of a separation bucket is lowered after the liquid bonded to a product is separated by the centrifugal force of the separation bucket to allow a circular cylindrical body to fall and the product is allowed to fly out to a receiving flange by centrifugal force to be guided to a taking-out port by the guide plate of a casing.

CONSTITUTION: The disc 10 becoming the bottom plate of a separation bucket 15 is provided in a casing 1 so as to be made rotatable around a vertical shaft by a motor 5 and the circular cylindrical body 11 having a large number of through-holes 13 opened thereto becoming the body part of the separation bucket 15 is fitted to the outer periphery of the disc 10 so as to be integrally rotatable along with the disc 10 and to make the lower and upper edges of the cylindrical body liftable between two positions corresponding to the disc 10. The receiving flange 32 fitted to the inner periphery of the casing 1 and receiving the product (a) flying out from the disc 10 is formed to the outer periphery of the upper edge of the circular cylindrical body 11 and the taking-out port 31 of the product (a) is provided to the position corresponding to the disc 10 of the peripheral surface of the casing 1 and the guide plate 33 guiding the product (a) on the receiving flange 32 to a taking-out port 31 is provided.
