PURPOSE: To permit to reduce the amount of frost in case the temperature of the surface of an air cooler is below zero by arranging a pre-cooling and pre- heating coil of a brine cooler at an atmosphere intake section of a hatch, which is connected to the brine cooler.
CONSTITUTION: The pre-cooling and pre-heating coil 11 of the brine cooler 6 is arranged at the atmosphere intake section of the hatch 1, which is connected to the brine cooler 6. As a result, the amount of frost may be reduced in case the temperature of the surface of air cooler 4 is below zero. The temperature of brine may be set at a higher degree in order to reduce the load of the air cooler and, therefore, the COP of the brine cooler 6 may be improved. Further, the temperatures of ambient air and mixed air MIX may be approached, therefore, temperature control may be improved.
