Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make a rotor light in weight and to improve efficiency, by fixing a superconductive field winding with synthetic resin, etc., and by thermally connecting it to an internal rotor body. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive generator is composed of an external rotor body 1, an internal rotor body 2, a shaft 4, a stator case 5, an armature 6, an armature lead wire outlet 8, a superconductive field winding 9, a winding supporting body 10, an internal wall 11, a shielding plate 12, a coolant storage tank comprised of a liquid phase section 13 and a gaseous phase section 14, a slip ring 17, a coolant feeding and exhausting machine 19, etc. To the winding supporting body 10 of the internal rotor body 2 numerous grooves 24 are carved, where the superconductive field winding 9 are embedded and secured with epoxy resin, etc. Close to these grooves 24 numerous radial pipe channels 25a- are bored. The space between the field winding 9 and the armature 6 is thereby narrowed and the electromagnetic connecting state of both of them reformed. Natural circulation is produced with a density difference of liquid nitrogen in the radial pipe channel 25c and 25d in pairs, so that the cooling condition of rotor can be improved.
