Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent cracks due to the sliding and vibrations of a commutator bar and rough loss by integrally fixing the superconducting commutator bar onto the circumferential section of an insulating commutator sleeve, forming the superconducting commutator bar and shaping the circumferential surface of a superconducting commutator in a smooth sliding surface. CONSTITUTION:In a superconducting current collector 1, a superconducting commutator 2 is composed of a metallic film 13 giving flexibility to the bounding vibrations of a superconducting brush 4 and a superconducting commutator bar 14 on the circumferential section of an insulating commutator sleeve 12 with a cooling vent hole 11. A refrigerant storage tank 25 for a superconductive substance 24 is installed into the formwork brush 23 of a graphite brush or a silver brush so that a spark can be annihilated even when the spark is generated by sliding and vibrations in the superconducting brush 4. Structure in which the superconductive substances of the superconducting commutator 2 and the superconducting brush 4 are slid mutually is formed for transfer of currents on the revolution side and the fixing side.
