Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a high-performance oxide superconducting thin film laminate by alternately laminating a Bi-based lamellar oxide superconducting thin film and an oxide thin film contg. Ca, Sr or Ba on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:This laminate has at least an oxide superconducting thin film on a substrate 1, and a lamellar oxide superconducting thin film 2 consisting essentially of at least Bi, Cu and alkaline-earth metals (group IIa) and an oxide thin film 3 consisting essentially of at least one kind of element among Ca, Sr and Ba are alternately laminated. The superconducting thin film having such a laminate structure is formed as follows. Namely, a compd. contg. at least Bi and a compd. contg. at least Cu and alkaline-earth metals (group IIa) are periodically laminated to form a lamellar oxide superconducting thin film 2, and the thin film 2 and the oxide thin film 3 contg. at least one kind of element among Ca, Sr and Ba are alternately laminated on the substrate 1.
