PURPOSE: To prevent the erroneous scanning and driving, by connecting the information line such as the scan lead and the relay driving lead, etc. only to the bit of the subject to be inspected via an inspecting tester having the switching function of the information line and then performing a designated test of a trunk, i.e., a device to be scanned and driven.
CONSTITUTION: When a station data is inspected, the connectors Ca and Cb of an inspecting tester TSTE are connected to a scanner, a relay driving device SCN and a trunk wiring frame TDF respectively. Then a call of the inspection of the station data is registered through a typewriter TYP. The trunk (such as outgoing trunk) OGT to be tested is blocked once, and the information line corresponding to a circuit is selected via a circuit converter of the tester TSTE. At the same time, the trunk OGT is designated and connected from a centralized test frame MTF by an originating test line OTL. The start of the trunk OGT, the answer of the calling side, etc. are scanned by the scanner SCN and inspected via a relay.
