Title:
SILVER HALIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0611793
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate misdetection of a film detector without adversely affecting photographic performances by specifying the amount of applying the hydrophilic colloid of a dye layer formed between a silver halide emulsion layer and a support.

CONSTITUTION: The dye layer formed between the silver halide emulsion layer and the transparent support, preferably, such as polyethylene terephthalate or cellulose triacetate film, contains an ultraviolet dye having at least one absorption maximum in the wavelength region of 700-1700nm and dispersed in the form of fine solid particles and the applying amount of the hydrophilic colloid in this dye layer is regulated to ≤0.5g/m2. The undercoat layer to be used is a binary coating layer of gelatin containing no silver halide grain contained in overlying silver halide emulsion layer.
