PURPOSE: To make a proper display for a vehicle by judging temporary occupation based on the vehicle detection signals of an entry detector and stop detectors, displaying information on an entering vehicle guiding indicator with an empty service area judging means based on the results, and controlling the lighting of stop position indicators.

CONSTITUTION: An unused service area is specified by a control device provided in an office 11 or the like based on the vehicle detection signals by an entry detector 16 provided at an entrance 14 and stop detectors 21A-21D provided in service areas. The temporary occupation indicating that the service area is temporarily assured is judged, and the temporary occupation signal is outputted. The empty service area is judged from the vehicle detection signal and temporary occupation signal, and the effect is outputted to an entering vehicle guiding indicator 17. The specified service area is judged, the specified service area display signal is outputted to specified service area indicators 18, 19, the temporary occupation signal is received, and stop position display signals are outputted to stop position indicators 20A-20D.
