Abstract:
New medicaments containing (thio)carbamidinic acid derivatives having formula (I) are disclosed, as well as new (thio)carbamidinic acid derivatives, a process for preparing the same and medicaments containing these compounds. Medicaments contain as active substance at least one (thio)carbamidinic acid derivative having the formula (I), in which R stands for an aliphatic residue, a possibly substituted phenyl group, a carbocyclic group with 7-15 C atoms or a heterocyclic ring system, the carbocycles and heterocycles being optionally partially or completely hydrated; R<1> stands for phenyl, phenyl-C1-C6-alkyl, hetaryl or hetaryl-C1-C6-alkyl, these residues being optionally substituted one or several times; R<2> stands for hydrogen, C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkoxy, cyano, amino or hydroxy; X stands for oxygen, sulphur or NR<2>; and Y stands for oxygen or sulphur. Also disclosed are tautomers, enantiomers, diastereomers and physiologically acceptable salts of such derivatives.
