PURPOSE: To exactly cut off a steel tubular sheet pile by a method in which a sheet pile cutter is hung down in a steel tubular sheet pile and fixed to the inner wall of the tube by a clamper provided to the casing, and the cutter provided to the lower part of the cutter device is turned.
CONSTITUTION: A cutter device is inserted into a steel tubular sheet pile 12 to be cut off, a supporting frame 14 is placed on the main tube 13 of sheet pile, and then the levels of the cutter device body 1 and the cutter unit 9 are adjusted by level regulators 15 and 16. They are pressingly contacted with the inner wall of the main tube 13 by expanding the upper and lower clampers 3 and 4 are fixing the cutter device body 1. A disc cutter 6 is then pressed on the inner wall of the tube by the cylinder 32 and the cutter unit 9 is turned to cut off the main tube 13. The disc cutter 8 is raised to a cutting position, and the cutter 8 is turned and pushed outwards by the cylinder mechanism to cut off the coupler of the steel tubular sheet pile.
