Abstract:
PURPOSE:To recover an RTC signal automatically in a complete form even when part of the RTC signal is destroyed in a reception signal by recovering a transmission end signal in an input signal with a pattern signal from a pattern signal generating circuit in response to the detection of a consecutive pattern signal string. CONSTITUTION:A pattern signal generating circuit 21 generating a pattern signal EOL consecutively is provided in a transmission end signal recovery device recovering the transmission end signal (RTC) comprising N-set of consecutive prescribed pattern signal (EOL horizontal synchronizing signal) strings included in an input signal. Moreover, a consecutive pattern signal string detection circuit 22 detecting strings of consecutive pattern signals less than N from the input signal and a recovery circuit 23 recovering the transmission end signal in the input signal with a pattern signal from the pattern signal generating circuit 21 in response to the detection of the consecutive pattern signal string by the consecutive pattern signal string detection circuit 22 are provided. Thus, the transmission end signal is recovered automatically in a complete form and the reliability of communication service is improved.
