Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a strap with high corrosion resistance and strength by preventing strap corrosion due to Ca in the case the strap is formed by welding a lug part of a grid body using a Pb-Ca-Sn-based alloy and additional lead of a Pb-Sb-based alloy.
CONSTITUTION: An lug part of a grid is formed using a lead-calcium-tin (Pb-Ca- Sn) based alloy containing 0.030-0.065wt.% of calcium (Ca), 0.5-1.8wt.% of tin (Sn), and the balance lead (Pb). A strap is formed by welding the ear part in which calcium is lowered and additional lead using a lead-antimony (Pb-Sb) based alloy containing at least 2.0-3.5wt.% of antimony (Sb).
