PURPOSE: To easily and certainly set molding conditions by inputting known data to a controller in such a case that mold data is unclear to automatically set the molding conditions and setting injection pressure and a specific item according to a preset condition and altering injection pressure according to the result after molding to determine an injection speed to perform molding.
CONSTITUTION: The known data of a molding material to be used is inputted to a controller. The controller sets fundamental molding conditions such a temp. conditions or the like on the basis of a preliminarily inputted data base and subsequently sets an injection speed to one speed value on a high speed side and the injection start position of a screw to the most retreat position to pressure value on a low pressure side. Next, from the result after molding, injection pressure is increased to proper magnitude and, when a good product is obtained, an injection stroke is calculated and a set cushion stroke is added thereto to calculate a weighing value and an average injection speed is calculated from the injection stroke and these calculated values are set to the controller. After molding, the injection speed or injection pressure is finely adjusted.
