Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for removing foreign matter on the surface of a membrane filter by which the number of fine particles on the surface of the membrane filter can be considerably reduced by easy operation.
CONSTITUTION: When foreign matter sticking to the surface of a membrane filter is removed, an adhesive material is brought into contact with the surface of the membrane filter and peeled off. The foreign matter sticking to the surface of the membrane filter is transferred to the adhesive film and removed.
