PURPOSE: To obtain foamed and molded items whose shape and density are different using the same raw liquid, by injecting mixed raw liquid materials, wherein the proportion of a high polymer starting raw material to the hardening agent is constant and the content of the foaming agent is varied, into respective molds.
CONSTITUTION: A raw liquid containing a high polymer producing starting raw material (A), a raw liquid (B) containing a hardening agent that will react with said high polymer producing starting material and a raw liquid (C) containing a large amount of a foaming agent are introduced into respective tanks 25, 26, 27, and are injected via mixing heads 23, 24 by pumps 28, 29, 30 into molds 21, 22. The mixing ratio of the raw liquids is selected arbitrarily by regulating the rotational frequency of the pumps 28, 29, 30, and only the content of the foaming agent can be varied with the proportion of the high polymer starting raw material to the hardening agent kept constant.
