Abstract:
PURPOSE: To adjust the mutual positrons of a film and a printed circuit board covered with a photosensitive layer to be exposed through the film.
CONSTITUTION: Adjustment is performed by adjusting both of the position of the films 4 and 7 and the position of the printed circuit board respectively based on an absolute coordinate system. Movable optical scanning means 12-17 respectively simultaneously scan a pattern for indicating the absolute coordinate system, the film to be adjusted and the printed circuit board to be adjusted.
