Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a vacuum refining apparatus capable of attaining a high vacuum degree in a vacuum ladle refining, improving degassing degree of oxygen, hydrogen, etc., shortening treating time, improving the productivity and executing metal refining at a low equipment cost. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is equipped with a closed vessel 2 easy to open/ close, an induction heating device 10 arranged therein, an evacuating device 9 for evacuating the closed vessel and holding the desired vacuum condition and a ladle 20 for incorporating the prescribed molten metal 18, charged in a freely detachable manner to the induction heating device and inducation- heated.
