Title:
LATENT HEAT UTILIZING TYPE HEAT ACCUMULATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS594892
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To compose the titled device by using a small container having a unsealed opening part by selecting the combination of a heating medium and a regenerative material, while said combination is free from such interaction as melting, swelling and chemical reaction and the like.

CONSTITUTION: By the selection of the combination of a synthetic wax for a regenerative material, and a water for a medium material; or the combination of a calcium chloride hexahydrate for the heat-accumulative material, and a silicone fluid for the medium material; the safety operation can be performed without an interaction. Therefore, when the combination of the heating medium and regenerative material is utilized as described above, the perfect sealing of the regenerative material is not required, but instead a small container 6 having an opening part on its one end part can be used as shown by the Figure. The selected heat-accumulative material and the heating medium as described above are shown by numerals 7 and 8. At this time, the caution is required about the density ratio of the heat accumulative material and the heating medium, that is when the density of the former is larger than the latter, the accumulation inside of a regenerative tank is required at the normal positioning as shown by the Figure. Inversely, when the density of the former is smaller than the latter, the accumulation inside of the tank is required at the inverted positioning as shown by the Figure.
