Abstract:
PURPOSE:To electrically cancel the distortion of a formed image due to an image pickup lens. CONSTITUTION:At the time of reading from memory 11 which stores the photoelectric conversion information of an optical image from a lens 1 by a CCD 6, a reading address from an address designating circuit 21 is corrected by a coordinate transformation circuit 13 based on information from an encoder 15 at the position of a focus lens system 2 or information from an encoder 16 at the position of a zoom lens system 3. Therefore, distortion of a formed image due to the lens can be canceled by an electrical processing.
