CONSTITUTION: The nozzle 7 provided to a washing soln. supply tubular member 9 is opposed to the surface 16a of a blade and the surface 16a of the blade facing to the nozzle 7 is inclined in the direction separated from the perpendicular in the position of the chip 16b of the blade and a washing soln 6 is supplied to the surface 16a of the blade from the nozzle 7. The nozzle orifices 7 provided to the washing soln. supply tubular member 9 are not arranged at equal intervals but arranged so that the intervals between the orifices 7 become narrow toward the center of the tubular member 9 in the width direction thereof.
