Title:
PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6042755
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To render an image receiving layer and a support separable from other layers and to ensure perfect peeling under any conditions by forming a strippable layer composed of a pair of an insulating layer contg. gelatin and another insulating layer adjacent to the former and contg. a hydrophilic polymer incompatible with the former between the image receiving layer and a protective layer.

CONSTITUTION: A monosheet type photosensitive material is formed by successively laminating at least an image receiving layer, a silver halide emulsion layer, and a protective layer on a support, and a strippable layer composed of a pair of an insulating layer A contg. gelatin and another insulating layer B adjacent to it and contg. another hydrophilic polymer substantially perfectly incompatible with said gelatin is formed in an optional position between the image receiving layer and the protective layer. At least one of 2 layers in contact with both sides of the strippable layer contains a pigment. The presence of the strippable layer can separate the support bearing the image receiving layer from other layers. As a result, a monosheet type black-and-white or color photosensitive material thus formed can be perfectly stripped under any of dry, semidry, or wet conditions.
