Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a piston which increases its output and is hard to break by delaying the operation of the piston while preventing the air loss between the piston and a cylinder in a fluid power type fastener driving device.
CONSTITUTION: This fluid power type fastener driving device is provided with an improved piston 18. An elastic shrink fit connection is formed by the piston 18 and a cylinder 24, as a result, the piston 18 is held stationary until sufficient air pressure is given to the piston 18. During the driving stroke or returning stroke, the piston 18 has a little or not friction resistance between the piston 18 and cylinder 24.
