Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely effectively recover wind energy and provide high efficient generation effect even in a wind power generating device whose outer diameter is same as that of an open type propeller. SOLUTION: A deflective fluid body 7, which twists in a certain direction and has plural blades 6 whose outer peripheral end is close to the inner surface of a cylindrical baffle cylinder 4, is provided at the front end on the axial line of the cylindrical baffle cylinder 4, and a vane wheel 9 for driving a generator is arranged at the rear end on the axial line of the baffle cylinder 4. A little front side part than the longitudinal center of a horizontal board 2 is supported on the top of a vertical-tube-shaped supporting shaft 1 standingly fixed to a ground or others through a taper-roller-type thrust bearing 3 so that it can lightly turn around the supporting shaft 1. The constant-diameter cylindrical baffle cylinder 4 is mounted on the board 2 with supporting pieces 5, 5.
