Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to control easily the surface pressure to push a winding by using taper liners with different taper angles of two or more kinds. CONSTITUTION:A taper liner 3 with a smaller taper angle and a taper liner 4 with a larger taper angle are prepared. In case a winding 2 is fixed to a slot 1, first of all, a bottom insulator 5 is applied to the bottom of the slot 1, then the winding 2 is inserted thereinto. After that, the taper liners 3 and 4 are inserted between a slot wall and the winding 2. At this time the taper liner 4 is driven with ease. After the taper liner 4 is driven at ease, the taper liner 3 is driven until is gone. According to the constitution, the surface pressure of the winding can easily be controlled.
