PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce consumption of a battery as a power feeding source by having the power feeding source distribute. SOLUTION: In this device 100, power feeding is performed from a battery 26 with a transmission part 23 as the only power fed party to the transmission part 23, the power feeding is performed by way of a PCMCIA I/F 24 to a communication control part consisting of a reception part 22 other than the transmission part 23, a control part 21, a PCMCIA control circuit part 27 and the like from a DTE device 1 side, and consumption of the battery 26 is suppressed.
