PURPOSE: To provide a touch-up method for a lining glass layer where a touch-up glass layer excelling in corrosion resistance and of the improved adherence to a metal base is formed and a device therefor.
CONSTITUTION: A touch-up device body 11 is fixed by a magnet 15 so that ultraviolet rays emitted from an ultraviolet lamp 14 with which the touch-up device body 11 is equipped irradiates a broken part 3. After the ultraviolet rays continuously irradiates the 1st touch-up agent, further the 1st touch-up layer 4 is formed by heating irradiation treatment by ultraviolet rays. Through a similar process, the 2nd touch-up layer 5 is formed from the 2nd touch-up agent to perform a hole sealing finish treatment of the surface of the touch-up glass layer.
