Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a cloth interlinings having downy hair on the surface thereof by weaving fasciated mixed spun yarn containing respective specific amounts of cellulosic fiber and polyester fiber used as warp and weft yarns at specified cover factor and subjecting the resultant cloth to rubbing treatment in a liquid flow dyeing machine, etc. CONSTITUTION:A cloth interlinings, obtained by weaving fasciated mixed spun yarn composed of a fiber bundle of no twist containing >=30% cellulosic fiber and <=70% polyester fiber and binding fiber wrapped around the aforementioned fiber bundle as warp yarn and/or weft yarn so as to provide 10-16, preferably 12-15 cover factor (CF) determined by the formula (W is the density of the warp yarn; F is the density of the weft yarn; Ne is the English cotton count of the warp yarn; Ne' is the English cotton count of the weft yarn), having soft hand and excellent in drapeability. Furthermore, the warp yarns preferably have a count (Ne) =100'S and a density (W) =50-60 warp yarns/in and the weft yarns preferably have a count (Ne') =30-100'S and a density (W) =45-55 weft yarns/in.
