Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make equalized distribution of a load to every tooth surface reliable, by absorbing deformation occurred resulting from dimensional error of every component by installing a flexible plate between an output shaft and an internal gear, in a star type gear. CONSTITUTION:One or a plurality of disklike flexible plates 5 having an appropriate elasticity which are in layers are installed between an output shaft 2 supported by a casing 9 through an output shaft bearing 7 and an internal gear 4. With this, an allotted load applicable to each of teeth surfaces is equalized and equal load distribution becomes reliable, by absorbing deformation through elastic deformation of the flexible plate 5 when the deformation is occurred on each of the teeth due to various kinds of dimensional errors to be generated at production time and assembling time of every component.
