PURPOSE: To form a net-like pattern on the surface of a base material by using paints consisting essentially of non-solvent type resins and org. solvent type resins having relatively poor compatibility, respectively and coating said paints by screen printing.

CONSTITUTION: A coloring agent is added to at least one of two kinds of paints having relatively poor compatibility of which one paint 3 consists essentially of non-solvent type resin (e.g., polyamide resins) and the other paint 4 of an org. solvent type resin (e.g., polyester resin). The paint 3 is coated by screen printing on the surface of a base material such as formed of, for example, an undercoating paint film layer 2, and before the paint 3 cures, the paint 4 is coated thereon, whereby the net-like patterns are formed on the screen printed pattern surface.
