Abstract:
PURPOSE:To smoothly connect a clutch, in which protrusive parts of a driving plate are engaged to notched parts of a clutch drum, by providing a shock absorbing resilient member between one side face of the notched part and one side face of the protrusive part. CONSTITUTION:A forward clutch F/C used for an automatic speed change gear is constituted by a clutch drum 100 connected to an input shaft and rotated in the direction of an arrow head and a driving plate 200 movably provided in the direction of the shaft for said drum 100. Notched parts 110 are formed in a peripheral wall of the clutch drum 100, while protrusive parts 210 are formed in the periphery of the driving plate 200 so that the protrusive part 210 can be engaged to said notched part 110. Here a shock absorbing resilient member SPG is provided in a gap 112 existing between the notched part 110 and the protrusive part 210. For instance, a coil spring 500 is used for this resilient member SPG, and a hole 111a formed in a side face 111 of the notched part is allowed to hold said coil spring 500.
