Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a highly viscous substance, suitable for agitating a highly viscous liquid. SOLUTION: Upper and lower rectangular frames are connected to each other in an agitation tank. From the top of the tank, a liquid to be treated is fed into the tank, and a highly viscous liquid is withdrawn from the bottom of the tank. The agitation is performed by rotating the connected upper and lower rectangular frames. Since the agitation by the rotation of frames can dispense with the an actual shaft as a center of rotation, a highly viscous liquid can be agitated at good efficiency.
