PURPOSE: To provide a driving mechanism of a flyer with nozzle function of rotation, upward and downward motion, leftward and righward motion, and forward and backward motion, by a method wherein a tilting mechanism for a bobbin is provided on the winding jig side, and a winding nozzle is obliquely mounted on the top of the flyer side with the optional angle.
CONSTITUTION: A tilting mechanism being able to tilt a bobbin 14 at the optional angle is provided on the winding jig 12 side which supports the bobbin 14. In this mechanism, a support bearing 19 is fixed rotatably relative to an arm 18 supporting the winding jig 12, and the bobbin 14 is pulled in the direction toward B by a spring action of a spring 20 wound around one end of the jig 12, so that the bobbin is kept horizontally. Further, a rod 22 is mounted projectably from an air cylinder, so that the bobbin 14 is titled and stopped at to the bobbin axis, when the rod 22 is projected leftward against the tension of the spring 20. On the other hand, a nozzle 17 on the flyer 11 side is not straight but formed obliquely with its lower part coming closer a little toward the tilting pin side. Thus, the binding operation can be performed without hindrance.
