PURPOSE: To obtain a strong power source without any environmental pollution by using a mechanism with the combination of a long frame and a push link to give force to promote the dynamic work.

CONSTITUTION: A pulley 21 is connected to a prime mover via a belt, and a pulley 4 is connected to a driven machine via a belt. When the pulley 21 is rotated, a push link 14 is pushed by a shaft 18 fast fixed on a disk 20. Thereby, a wheel 19 is pushed to a central shaft 24 by a long frame 15, and a shaft 3 is pushed by a bearing 11 for rotating a disk 1. At this stage, because of the difference of the essential function of the wheel 19 from basic parts 6, 7, and 22, the wheel 19 works more dynamically than parts rotating at fixed positions. This construction permits to strengthen an output higher than an input for operating the driven machine.
