Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up processing by reading a plurality of attribute values together through single operation. SOLUTION: A manager 1 sends a GET request such as a generation/setting/ alteration/read request specifying management objects 3 to 6 and attributes to an agent 2, which operates the management objects 3 to 6 at the GET request from the manager 1. A procedure means 7 is automatically actuated when a GET request for the virtual attribute (attribute Z) of the management object 3 is made, reads out the attributes of other management objects 4 to 6 and its management object 3 according to contents defined in the virtual attributes, and passes the attribute values to the agent 2. The agent 2 makes a GET response of the attribute values from the manager means 7 to the manager 1.
