Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of chattering phenomena by halting the operation to drop water into a bath furnace main body under the assumption that a control section should allow a water level detection sensor to detect a predetermined water level continuously for a specified time. CONSTITUTION:Even when a hot bath water level has not reaches a preset water level, the zigzag-like fluctuation induced by water filling motion into a bath tub may indicate momentarily that the water has reached a specified water level. However, a water level detection sensor 8 is designed to output no power even when it detected momentarily that the water has filled the batch tube to a specified level unless this detection continues, say, at least five seconds so that the water filling motion may continue as it remain. When the five seconds have elapsed, the actual hot bath water level has exceeded the preset water level and the output power is transmitted to a control section 11 after the lapse of five seconds so that a water filling valve 10 may be closed to halt the water filling operation. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate 'chattering phenomena' definitely or repeated on/off operations of the water filling vale 10 induced by the water level detection sensor when the bath water level approaches the preset water level.
