PURPOSE: To prevent an original stopping pawl from being evacuated carelessly, by providing an evacuation preventing device, which is released only by an evacuating instruction, in the original stopping pawl to set correctly an original in a prescribed position.
CONSTITUTION: An original stopping pawl 8 is provided freely slidably on a supporting plate 7 and is normally energized to the advance position by a spring which is not show in fiqure. A plate 15 which is laterally slidable is provided on the stopping pawl 8 and prevents normally the evacuation of the pawl 8. By an evacuating instruction after the end of exposure, a pawl moving pin 30 is turned counterclockwise by the operation of a solenoid which is not shown in figure, and a release arm 32 is turned similarly to disengage a stopper part 18 of the plate 15 and a pin 19 from each other through a release link 36, and the stopping pawl 8 is evacuated and falls through a pin 11, and an original is ejected. Thus, the original is set in the position of the pawl correctly, and the pawl 8 is prevented from being evacuated carelessly.
