PURPOSE: To obtain a titled device with a simple constitution and is capable of digital display, by controlling adding operation of an adding means by a shift register which uses a pulse signal as a shift pulse in a period being in inverse proportion to a carrying speed.
CONSTITUTION: An adding input B is added to an input to be added A and is outputted by an adder 13, and the first weight data of an output of an ADC8 is supplied to the input to be added A. An output C is supplied to a shift register 14 which sets a pulse P as a shift pulse, and a read-out output is supplied as the second weight data to the adding input B. Said second weight data is supplied to an input of a shift register 15 which sets a clock signal CK from a clock transmitter 16 as a shift pulse. A data of an output of the shift register 15 is digitally displayed as a weight value by a display device 17.
