Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance and wear resistance of a material feed hole and vent hole by enabling them to form into a form attaching importance to their functions. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder base surface 2 is made into a composite cylinder 4 where a corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant lining layer 3 is formed by HIP treatment, holes 5, 6 are formed into the composite cylinder 4 and after ground surface treatment of an active metal is performed on hole wall surfaces of the holes 5, 6 ceramic plated treatment is performed.
