PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for fitting of an insulation sheet, to prevent the position shift of a solid-state image pickup element and to simplify the assembling process, by providing a thin and wide runner section between guide sections of adjusting screws so that said runner section is brought into contact with a fitted circuit board over a wide range.

CONSTITUTION: The solid-state image pickup element fitting member 5 is made of a metallic plate, and a boss 5a having a guide 5b where three adjusting screws are penetrated is formed with an outsert processing of resin, and a runner section 5 being a flowing path of resin linking the bosses 5a is provided at a fitting face of the circuit board 6. Further, the runner 5c is formed thin and wide so as to cover sufficient area to be brought into contact with a pattern plane of the circuit board.
