Title:
SYSTEM FOR DISCRIMINATING VOICE SIGNAL AND ORDER SIGNAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS592478
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To discriminate surely an order signal for data transmission from other signal, by providing a circuit transmitting and receiving a burst signal of a specific pattern to a device separating a signal mixed with voice and data.

CONSTITUTION: A data-in-voice DIV device which mixes a voice signal and a data signal or separates the voice signal and the data signal from the mixed signal, is provided with an order signal generating circuit 17 for data transmission and an order signal discriminating circuit 16. In transmitting the data signal, the burst order signal of the specific pattern of the specific frequency is transmitted from the circuit 17 to an opposite terminal via an amplifier 14 and a data signal BPF13. The opposite party discriminates this signal at the circuit 16. The signal is received at plural matching filters shifting sampling points each other to prevent mis-discrimination of the burst signal for the discrimination, the output of the filters is given to a gate circuit and any of the outputs is outputted, allowing to discriminate surely the order signal from other signal.
