PURPOSE: To simplify the constitution of a device and to reduce the production cost of the device by mounting magnetic heads for video signals on laminating type motor elements, fixing the elements on a rotary cylinder and fixing a height detecting magnetic head on the rotary cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: The video signal magnetic heads 3, 3' having different azimuth angles respectively are mounted on the laminating type motor elements 2, 2' and the elements 2, 2' are fixed on the rotary cylinder 1. A height detecting magnetic head 7 is fixed on the rotary cylinder 1 by a fixing means 6. Said cnstitution makes it possible to adjust the height of the magnetic heads mounted on the piezo-electric driving elements by detecting voltage applied to the piezo-electric driving elements from the maximum value of head outputs, so thet the whole constitution can be simplified and the production cost can be reduced.
