Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce an inorg. hardened body high in strength and durability and excellent in quality such as appearence in a short time by using a fly ash or a kaolin clay as an inorg. reactive solid content and heat-hardening the mixture obtained by mixing with an alkali metal hydroxide aq. soln..
CONSTITUTION: Some part or all of the inorg. powder in the inorg. reactive solid content consisting of the inorg. powder obtained by spraying and quenching a molten fly ash or the kaolin clay in gas and an inorg. filler is treated with aq. soln. of the alkali metal hydroxide to obtain an inorg. slurry, then the mixture obtained by mixing moreover the residual inorg. reactive solid content is heat-hardened to afford the inorg. hardened body.
