PURPOSE: To illuminate a control position with one light emitting element in a device and attain its cost down, by mounting the light emitting element to a control lever and guiding light of the element to light guide units provided to display windows of the control position selected by the control lever.

CONSTITUTION: A control lever L1 can be operated in plural stages throughout from a full cold position C3 to a full hot position h3 as shown by display windows 7 in a control panel P1, and a light emitting element D1 such as a light emitting diode or the like is mounted to an arm 9 of the control lever L1. While the first light guide units G1 made by transparent resin are arranged appearing to the display windows 7 of the panel P1. The light guide unit G1 is formed in blue color for each control position C1WC3 in room cooling side and in red color for each control position h1Wh3 in room heating side while in yellow color for a reference position S0. Further the second light guide units G2 guiding light of the light emitting element D1 to a control knob 8 and allowing an indicating mark m1 to be luminous are mounted to the control lever L1.
